Warner Bros Discovery has introduced a new suite of ad solutions for its ad-supported Max tier. It was announced that the advertising features of the platform are designed to take advantage of the two platforms that Max is based on, HBO Max and Discovery+.
It is thought that the ad-supported layer rush, including WBD, will become even more popular to retain viewers and generate additional revenue for media companies.
TikTok Coming to Stations
TikTok will start appearing on more gas station screens by partnering with GSTV, the video network provider for fuel retailers. Ignite, GSTV's creative studio, will feature QR codes leading to the app and posts with the hashtag #ISawItOnGSTV to be broadcast alongside the content of GSTV creators.
This agreement with the channel, which reaches more than 116 million different monthly viewers across the US, helps TikTok extend its influence beyond the mobile screen and further increase its visibility.
